Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs on the basis of clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients. Other duties as assigned.1. Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate of Science degree in area of PT / Physical Therapist2. Current license in state of practice as a PT / Physical Therapist3.
