Your expertise will directly influence patients' recovery journeys by utilizing rehabilitation equipment, including splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and modalities. Required Skills: Valid License as a Licensed Physical TherapistProven experience in inpatient rehabilitation settingsStrong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to patient-centered careNice to Have Skills: Experience with pediatric or geriatric populationsFamiliarity with advanced rehabilitation equipmentBilingual abilitiesPrior experience in a hospital or outpatient settingPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)Minimum of 1-year experience in inpatient therapyOther Requirements: Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with every other SaturdayFlexibility to adhere to a 32-hour guaranteed schedule 40 hours are not availablePossession of required certifications and licensureWillingness to adhere to facility policies, including shift scheduling requirementsNo accommodations for shift block schedules or local travelers (residing within 50 miles)Commitment to maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsThis is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your skills in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
