You'll manage a manageable caseload, performing 60-minute evaluations and 30 to 45-minute treatment sessions. Our facility treats one patient at a time, fostering personalized therapy plans that aim to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Required Skills: Valid PT license in New Hampshire or applicable stateExperience with standard PT modalities such as Estim and USDCompetency in patient assessments and developing tailored treatment plansStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to perform evaluations and treatments independentlyNice to Have Skills: Certification or specialized training in areas like orthopedics, balance, or chronic condition managementExperience with adult patient populations or outpatient settingsAbility to adapt therapy techniques to diverse patient needsPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programPrior outpatient or hospital-based therapy experience preferredKnowledge of current best practices in physical therapyOther Requirements: No more than 5 days of requested time off; must be noted at upload as requests after will not be approvedReliable attendance with punctualityDress code: personal scrubs (any color) or business casual; athletic wear acceptable if compliantCompassionate approach to patient care and teamworkThis position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $58.29, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, health coverage, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a generous referral bonus program.
