Required Skills: Active PA State license in good standingCertification as a CRNA; Board Certified or Board EligibleProven experience in anesthesia delivery within hospital or clinical settingsAbility to work independently with supervision from an anesthesiologistStrong clinical judgment and excellent communication skillsFull-time availability for 3-4 weeks per month, flexible to work 4-10 or 5-8-hour shiftsAbility to handle a diverse patient population, including all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settingsKnowledge of current anesthesia practices and safety standardsNice to Have Skills: Experience working in a multi-OR environment with high patient volumeFamiliarity with supervising anesthesia Techs and SCAsPrior experience with cardiac, peripheral vascular, and healthy pediatric casesBilingual abilities or additional language skillsAdditional certifications in advanced airway management or critical carePreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse AnesthesiaMinimum of 2 years of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital settingRelevant experience covering a broad spectrum of anesthesia cases, including outpatient and inpatient surgeriesOther Requirements: Must have valid licensure and certification in PANo pediatric CRNA options currently availableNo call, night, or weekend responsibilitiesWillingness to work scheduled shifts without stipends; lunches are not coveredNo travel or major credentialing delays expectedThis position involves working with anesthesia techs and SCAs in a busy OR environmentCompensation at an hourly rate of $1.00This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking a full-time position with a reputable facility that values quality care and professional growth.
