The position requires full-time availability, offering either 5 eight-hour or 4 ten-hour shifts from Monday through Friday. Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient Start Date: 4/20/2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5 eight-hour or 4 ten-hour shifts Patient Population: All Ages Location: West Reading, PA Stipends: None Benefits Weekly direct depositMalpractice insurance with tail coverageSupportive credentialing assistanceFlexible scheduling (optional if applicable) Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care for all types of surgical procedures except open heart surgeries.Administer general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia.Perform complex orthopedic and vascular anesthesia, including head, spine, neuro, and thoracic cases.Work as part of an interdisciplinary team alongside anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and SCAs.Manage ventilation and acute volume/BP issues, and perform line placements as needed.
