Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join our dynamic team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in providing high-quality anesthesia care across diverse hospital settings. Required Skills: Current North Carolina RN license and board certification as a CRNAMinimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia experience; no new graduatesACLS and PALS certificationsAbility to float seamlessly among multiple facilities and departmentsStrong clinical skills in general, orthopedic, vascular, urology, GYN, and robotic anesthesiaProficiency with EPIC EMR and anesthesia equipment such as Drager machines and Philips monitorsExcellent teamwork, decision-making, and communication skillsNice to Have Skills: Experience with hearts, neuro, and vascular casesPrevious work in high-volume or complex surgical environmentsAbility to handle a broad patient age range, including adult populationsFlexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules and locationsPreferred Education and Experience: Accredited Master s or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia1-2 years of professional anesthesia practiceDemonstrated ability to operate in diverse clinical settingsOther Requirements: Valid North Carolina state license (no licensing assistance provided)Willingness to work varying shifts including day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PMAbility to provide care for patients in multiple facilities, including Annie Penn, Wesley Long, and Moses ConeCredentialing process duration: approximately 60-90 daysoptional call duties, with 12-hour call block available and applicable compensationThis position offers an attractive hourly rate of $202.80, competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for overtime pay.
