Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service department at their respective location. This includes supervising service staff, scheduling and workflow, customer communications, and ensuring quality repairs and maintenance are delivered efficiently and safely. The Service Manager will assess the planning, coordination and control of all Service-related processes, playing a key role in driving productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. It is their job to ensure all employees have the necessary information required to perform their roles within the service department. The Service Manager is the buffer between the customer and the technicians, and you must interact with customers, perform in a professional manner and always present a professional image. You must be a highly motivated self-starter who has a passion for the bus industry field. You must be able to adapt to unique and complex challenges that require persistence, original thinking and a positive attitude.
