Required Skills MN License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantProven expertise in surgical oncology, especially Hepatobiliary/Pancreatic (HPB) proceduresAbility to independently manage outpatient and inpatient careStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsProficiency in ordering, interpreting diagnostics, and prescribing treatmentsExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesExperience with wound care, drain management, and assisting in surgeryNice to Have Skills Prior experience working in a high-volume oncology or surgical unitCertification in oncology nursing or related specialtiesFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHR) systemsBilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience Master s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant StudiesMinimum of 2 years experience in surgical oncology or related fieldsPrior inpatient and outpatient care experience preferredOther Requirements Ability to start promptly, ideally by 03/09/2026Availability for scheduled shift from 07:30 to 16:00, Monday through FridayWillingness to participate in ongoing training and developmentCommitment to providing high-quality, compassionate careThis role offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $111.39, along with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements where applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
