Petite Edith is the newest restaurant from James Beard-nominated chef Jenner Tomaska & Katrina Bravo (the husband-wife duo behind Chicago's Michelin-starred Esmé). Located at the intersection of the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods, Petite Edith just opened it's doors in early November. An elevated French bistro influenced by midwestern hospitality, the menu blends French technique with local ingredients in an elegant atmosphere. We are building a skilled and passionate team of individuals who want to learn and grow while working alongside Michelin-Starred Chefs. The Chef de Partie at Petite Edith is responsible for executing a specific station with precision, consistency, and care. This role is ideal for a skilled line cook ready to take ownership of their craft while working within a collaborative, chef-driven kitchen. The Chef de Partie is expected to uphold Petite Edith's culinary standards, support the team during service, and contribute to a thoughtful, organized, and professional kitchen environment. What we're looking for: 1+ years of line cook experience in an upscale casual, French, or chef-driven kitchen preferred. Experience working a dedicated station during full service.
