Position SummaryWe’re seeking an experienced Barista Manager to lead daily café operations and set the standard for service, cleanliness, and team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring presence on the floor, consistency in execution, and ownership of the guest experience. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of management experience in cafés or bakeries .
