PM Restaurant Server Lacroix is hiring for a full-time server. Potential Career Path     Lead Server/PM Food Runner - Assistant Restaurant Manager – Restaurant Manager Essential Job Functions Take food and beverage orders and input into POS system Ensure orders are delivered to guests correctly and in a discrete manner Ensure overall guest satisfaction Ability to manage several tasks at the same time & communicate needs to kitchen and support staff. Ensure necessary inventory of restaurant supplies, if needed, and ensure communication with management. Abide by state, federal & corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. Act as the point person for all guests in assigned station. Assist AM Asst. Restaurant manager with content for new employees 90-day reviews. Able to give specifics on areas of focus and action plans to help new hires achieve goals. Complete assigned shift side-work as outlined in the hotel’s operating policies and procedures. Perform cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program. Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment & follow MSDS and OSHA standards. Perform other duties as requested by management. Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous restaurant experience required. Work Environment and Context Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
