General ManagerMeteora — Los Angeles, CA Meteora is a destination for discovery, storytelling, and refined hospitality. We are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations and uphold an elevated, highly personalized guest experience aligned with the ambition of our cuisine. This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for FOH operations, service execution, team development, reservations strategy, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of fine dining service and beverage. Responsibilities include: Lead and execute daily FOH service with precision, warmth, and consistency Train, mentor, and manage FOH staff; foster a professional, collaborative culture Oversee reservations, guest relations, and communication Manage labor, schedules, tip pool, nightly reconciliation, and financial controls Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure seamless service integration Maintain dining room readiness, POS accuracy, and FOH operational standards Support private events and special experiences Qualifications: 3+ years FOH leadership experience in a high-end or Michelin-caliber environment Strong knowledge of elevated hospitality, service choreography, and guest relations Proficiency with OpenTable, Toast, and restaurant systems Financially literate; experienced with labor management and reconciliation Calm, detail-oriented, and service-driven under pressure Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays This role is ideal for a thoughtful, polished operator who leads from the floor and takes pride in building exceptional teams and unforgettable guest experiences.
