Exciting Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care, Physician Assistant - Urgent Care, Family Nurse Practitioner, and more Join our dynamic healthcare team in a pivotal role that combines urgent and acute care expertise to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations. As a vital member of our community-focused organization, you will be entrusted with managing a high volume of adult and pediatric patients (6 months and above) in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful difference in people's lives. What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to adults and children, including performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigationsWork autonomously as the sole provider, demonstrating professionalism and clinical excellenceUtilize Epic EMR system efficiently after training to ensure accurate charting and patient documentationEngage with supporting staff and patients with excellent soft skills and a positive attitudeMeet credentialing standards and participate in onboarding and continuous trainingRequired Skills: Minimum 12 months of clinical experience treating both adults and pediatricsCurrent board certification (e.g., BC, NCCPA, Family NP Cert)Valid BLS certificationProficiency in Epic EMR systemAbility to work independently in a high-volume urgent care settingStrong soft skills for effective communication and teamworkNice to Have Skills: Experience with minor procedures and off-site supportPrior experience working in urgent care or emergency environmentsAdditional certifications related to advanced practicePreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studiesActive state licenses to practice as an NP or PAAt least 12 months of relevant urgent care or acute care experienceOther Requirements: Availability to participate in mandatory EMR training sessions on scheduled WednesdaysWillingness to support multiple locations within a 60-mile radius from home residenceNo travel reimbursement; mileage only eligibleRespecting all credentialing requirements for Medicare enrollment and complianceMust pass a clinical screening as part of the interview processThis position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, licensure and certification reimbursements, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws.
