Required Skills: Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure with specialization or experience in UrologyProven clinical knowledge in urological patient careStrong assessment and diagnostic skillsAbility to perform procedures within scope of practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamNice to Have Skills: Prior experience in a fast-paced outpatient or hospital settingKnowledge of advanced urology treatments and technologiesFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsBilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience: Master s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institutionMinimum of 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably with urology specialization or related fieldCurrent state licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, including any specialty certifications in Urology if applicableOther Requirements: Flexibility to provide OR/Call assistance as neededAbility to float between multiple sites to optimize patient care coverageAvailability to start by February 16, 2026Valid DEA license preferred, or ability to obtainTravel reimbursement and licensure/certification expenses covered when applicableThis position offers hourly pay at $1.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, medical benefits, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
