Coverage NeededMay 5, 2026 - July 31, 2026Schedule: Full-time DAY shift (3-12s weekly), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PMNo OnCallClinical DetailsManage critically ill patients in a high acuity ICU settingTypical APP to patient ratio: 10-15 ICU patients per APPCollaborate with attending MDs for care plansEMR: EpicConduct ongoing patient assessments and interventionsOrder entry and documentation using Cerner EMRInterpret diagnostic testingCommunicate with ICU nursing staffParticipate in multidisciplinary rounds each shiftPerform invasive procedures: central line insertions (CVLs, vascaths, introducers) and arterial line insertionsRequirementsAcute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with valid national and state licensureMUST BE ACUTE CARE CERTIFIED if NP candidateMinimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in an ICU settingProficiency with ICU procedures, specifically central and arterial line insertionsCase logs will be requested during credentialing
