As part of a large, nationally recognized healthcare system, you'll play a key role in delivering advanced cancer rehabilitation services while shaping programs in a state-of-the-art environment. This is your chance to bring your expertise to a community known for its coastal lifestyle, cultural amenities, and strong sense of connection-all while contributing to a mission-driven team dedicated to excellence in patient care.Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will: Provide specialized lymphedema management, including manual lymph drainage, compression therapy, and patient education. Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life. Collaborate with oncologists, physical therapists, nurses, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary cancer care team. Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs. Contribute to program development and best practices as part of a new center launch. Ensure documentation and care delivery align with professional, regulatory, and departmental standards. Minimum Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current or eligible Florida Occupational Therapy License. Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential required. At least 1-2 years of experience in oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema management, or a related clinical setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and specialty training.
