We seek a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity cardiovascular care in a fast-paced critical care environment.RequirementsActive RN license in the practicing state.Critical care, CVICU, or cardiac nursing experience preferred.Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.BLS and ACLS certifications required; CVICU specialty certifications a plus.Core responsibilitiesContinuously monitor and assess complex cardiovascular patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.Safely administer medications, blood products, and advanced therapies.Provide prompt, effective emergency interventions as needed.Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and recovery plans.Maintain accurate, timely documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes.
