No weekends.Rate: $2,224 per 40 hoursKey responsibilities (home health focus):Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.Conduct start-of-care assessments and OASIS documentation (preferred).Coordinate care and communicate with the agency and interdisciplinary team.Required qualifications:Active Illinois RN license.Home Health experience required; will consider strong Med-Surg RNs with some Home Health experience.OASIS and start-of-care experience preferred.Current BLS certification.Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.Up-to-date COVID vaccination card/status.Provide copy of agency's Illinois nursing license.Notes:Manager prefers local candidates; applicants located outside the territory may be redirected.
