Clinically Licensed Therapist Full Time Outpatient Onsite Overview We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals. This role includes behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, therapeutic interventions, and crisis response for both adolescents and adults. As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with medical professionals in a holistic, patient-first model. Applicants must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, an active LSCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license in the state of Missouri.Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide accurate diagnosesDeliver ongoing individual therapy and crisis interventions as neededProvide same-day care to patients with urgent mental health or substance use concernsWork with adults Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team in an integrated care settingMaintain timely and confidential documentation using EMR/EHR systemsMonday-Friday, standard business hours No weekends or on-call.
