ob DescriptionJob Title: Pharmacy Manager Reports To: VP, Clinical Services & Analytics Supervises: Pharmacy Staff SummaryResponsible for the management, oversight and operations of all aspects within the pharmacy.ScheduleMonday - Friday (8a -5p)Essential ResponsibilitiesEnsure staffing optimization positively impacts quality of care and patient experienceEnforce pharmacy policies and proceduresPerform pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication managementAccountable for safe medication storage, diversion monitoring and other pharmacy inventory activitiesResolve patient complaints and answer questions to ensure a positive patient experienceAssist Human Resources with talent management life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, mentoring/developing, engagement, training, retention, performance management and succession planningEnsure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulationsEnsure compliance with all applicable TJC standards and elements of performance (EPs)Minimum QualificationsBachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or universityCurrent and unrestricted Florida Pharmacy LicenseNot on the DEA Excluded Parties ListKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication skills that will foster trust, clear vision, and mutual respectStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to resolve employee, client and patient issues with a strong service mentalityAbility to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and evaluate plan effectivelyProficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience opening a new pharmacy (preferred)LocationCrystal River, FL
