Comfortable with General Anesthesia Patient mix: 100% Pediatric Avg. pts per day: 30 regular clinic days, 6-8 general anesthesia Support staff: regular clinic days (4 DA s), General Anesthesia days (1 DA & 1 floater) EMR: Dentrix QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Active WA license Medicare/Medicaid CPR card
