Required Skills: Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in PennsylvaniaProven experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU)Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced clinical settingNice to Have Skills: Prior experience with high-acuity neonatal patientsAdditional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communicationPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, or an equivalent healthcare fieldMinimum of 2 years of neonatal care experience in a Level III NICU settingOther Requirements: Availability for 12- or 24-hour shift coverage on an ongoing basisNo call coverage required; shifts are in-houseWillingness to support both temporary and permanent rolesTravel and licensure-related reimbursements applicableStarting from June 1, 2026, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay through direct deposit and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, paid sick time, and robust referral bonuses. Additional benefits include licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable.
