Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Mobile Unit Location: Arizona (Mobile Unit - community events, farms, rural areas)Openings: 1 Position Summary The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive primary care services in a mobile healthcare setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages through health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and referral. The position requires flexibility, independence, and a strong commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities.Assignments may range from routine to complex and are performed with minimal supervision, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all agesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditionsPerform preventive care, health screenings, and patient educationPrescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulationsMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of careDeliver care in mobile settings including community events, farms, and rural locationsAdhere to clinical protocols, policies, and quality standards Schedule & Work Environment Hours: 40 hours per weekSchedule: Varies weekly based on mobile unit eventsDefault Schedule: Clinic hours when no events are scheduledAdditional Notes: Late evenings may be required on event days Scope of Practice Treats patients of all agesMobile primary care delivery model Core Values CompassionExcellenceIntegrityLearningRespectSustainability Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programCurrent and valid Arizona RN License (for NPs)Current and valid Arizona Advanced Practice License (for NPs)Nurse Practitioner certification issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing (for NPs)Current Arizona PA license (for Physician Assistants)Valid DEA licenseCurrent BLS certificationCPR and AED certification for Healthcare Professionals (AHA or Red Cross compliant)Experience treating adults with acute and chronic medical conditionsStrong understanding of clinical methods and techniquesBasic computer proficiency and EMR experienceEffective communication skills with patients, staff, and the publicValid Arizona Driver's LicenseValid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona Department of Public Safety)Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populationsCommitment to organizational mission, vision, and valuesIf you're interested in learning more about this role, I'd be happy to connect.
