Mixed Inpatient / Outpatient PMHNP Days only, Mon-Fri Schedule Littleton, CO We are seeking a Full-Time PMHNP to join our team at Highlands Behavioral Health Services in Littleton, CO. This role offers an appealing days only Monday-Friday schedule, with a mixed Inpatient & PHP caseload, and the stability of a competitive base salary with a robust benefits package. Quick Facts Job Title: PMHNP Partial Hospitalization Program & Inpatient Adolescent & AdultLocation: Littleton, ColoradoEmployment Type: Full time, Employed W-2.Schedule / Hours: Monday-Friday, days only.Call/Weekends requirement: 1:5 weekend rounding and once per week telephonic evening coverage.Patient Ages: 75% adults (18+), 25% adolescents (12+).Weekly PHP Caseload: 36 PHP patients seen once per week.Daily Inpatient Caseload: Up to 10 patient encounters per day.Practice Setting: Mixed inpatient and PHP Responsibilities Provide direct client care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems, health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice.Timely completion of patient records and documentation.Lead Treatment Team planning and meetings for outpatient/PHP patients. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $150,000-$165,000 base salary (dependent on various factors).Bonus Package: Additional earnings potential through productivity bonus plan.Benefits package: Includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401k, ST/LT disability, and more, 26 days of Paid Time Off, CME package, & Paid CME Time. Qualifications Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner license in good standing or ability to obtain one.Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner education training program.Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.1+ years prior work experience (excluding clinical or practicum hours) working in a similar setting.Experience or interest in working with children or adolescents is highly preferred.
