Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting November 17-March 1 at their Corporate Health clinic in Horsham, PA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and chronic illness management. Hours are Monday 10:00am-6:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 8:00am-4:30p, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
