Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with GI issues.Assist in and perform diagnostic procedures under supervision.Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation.Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Required Skills: Current licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.Proven experience in Gastroenterology or a closely related specialty.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge of advanced GI diagnostic tools and procedures.Experience with endoscopic procedures or similar advanced interventions.Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.Additional certifications in GI or advanced practice specialties.Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a gastroenterology setting or equivalent.Prior experience working in outpatient clinic or hospital-based practices.Other Requirements: Availability for work during standard weekday hours, typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Ability to adapt to occasional site-specific skill requirements.Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.Reliable transportation if travel is required for multi-site coverage.Licensure, certifications, and necessary reimbursements provided as applicable.Start Date: 02/23/2026Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Elevate your healthcare career by joining a supportive team committed to your success.
