Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) Location: Mesa, AZJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year (DOE) Job Description We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.The ideal provider practices independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and following established clinical standards and protocols.
