Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Phoenix, ArizonaFacility: Outpatient clinics that offer same-day medical appointments and currently provide a wide range of programs, including primary medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and community health and wellness programsOpportunity: Family Medicine NP for New Outpatient Clinic Start Date/Duration: ASAP; ongoing assignment Schedule: Full time. Flexible, Monday - Friday. Clinic hours are 8am-7pm, so schedule can be 4x10 or 5x8 Outpatient community health center 2.5 patients per hour/average Patient Populations: 75% adults (mostly women), 25% peds (there is a pediatrician on staff) Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 weeks Arizona license or IMLC and BCCompensation: Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits available.
