We are currently seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support our busy, patient-centered medical home providing comprehensive primary care, including chronic disease management and sick/acute visits.Ideal Availability:Monday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PMPreference given to candidates available every Saturday, but consideration will be given to those available at least one Saturday every 4 weeksWe are looking for a provider who is team-oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
