What You ll Do: Deliver high-quality urgent, acute, or family medicine care independently in a variety of centersManage a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patientsPerform minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and moreUse Epic EMR proficiently to document and coordinate careCollaborate with support staff and supervising physicians to ensure comprehensive patient careBe responsible for up to 40 patients per day, depending on site volumeRequired Skills: Minimum of 12 months clinical experience as a Physician AssistantBoard certification (NCCPA or equivalent) and current PA licenseBLS certificationProficiency with Epic EMR systemStrong soft skills for effective patient and staff communicationAbility to independently see and treat all patients as the sole providerNice to Have Skills: Experience with off-site or multiple location supportPeds or family medicine experience preferredFamiliarity with minor procedures and acute care protocolsPreferred Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programAt least one year of urgent or acute care clinical practiceOther Requirements: No travel or call requirementsWillingness to work within a 65-mile radius of your residence to support multiple locationsAbility to pass credentialing and onboarding process, including EMR trainingHealthcare provider must be able to see and treat all patients independentlyWe offer an attractive hourly pay rate of $1.00, complemented by comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable.
