In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with chronic pain. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical examinations and comprehensive patient assessmentsOrder and interpret diagnostic testsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPrescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelinesProvide patient education on pain management strategies and treatment optionsCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of careMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Qualifications: Completion of Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degreeCurrent Nurse Practitioner license in ArizonaAt least six months or one year of pain management experience is requiredCertification in Pain Management (preferred or required, depending on regulations)Proven clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and pain managementExperience in developing and managing treatment plans for chronic pain Benefits: All the standard benefits will be covered
