Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

An established community behavioral health program in Lakeland and Bartow, FL is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join an integrated care team. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment. The PMHNP will work with a mixed caseload of adults, children, and adolescents, maintaining an approximate 50/50 adult and child/adolescent split. Clinical duties include both outpatient services and inpatient care, including Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) and Short-Term Residential Treatment (SRT). The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, with reasonable patient volumes and some scheduling flexibility. Candidates must be PMHNP certified, hold an active Florida APRN license; dual PMHNP/FNP certification is preferred.
