Job Description

A Banquet Houseman is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event spaces such as conference rooms and ballrooms. This position handles the physical arrangement of tables, chairs, linens, and presentation equipment according to event order specifications.Qualifications: Adhere to all standards to ensure guest satisfaction Serve and communicate with group contacts in friendly and efficient manner Effectively communicate with other staff members Set-up and/or breakdown tables, chairs, audio visual equipment and platform/stages and other equipment as specified by group requirements Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, banquet hallways, and storage and services areas Inspect cleanliness and working conditions of all equipment to be set up in function area
