No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. Must have previous Home Health experience. Average of 5-6 home visits per day, covering all surrounding areas of MCDowell county. EMR: Cerner Roadnotes. Can expect to do Home Health admisions, ROCs, recerts, functional assessments, supervising PTAs.
