The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. What will you do? Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training  Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Manage labor and profit loss Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary More about you Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience required Must be able to implement rules and direct employees Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment No college degree required Experience working in a stadium preferred  Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions  Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally  Will be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures and weather conditions depending on the season  Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends Evenings as needed 8hr shift 10hr shift 12hr shift Events OT as needed Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at Trust Park dating back to 2016 when the 41,500-seat venue opened.
