The company has steadily grown by offering innovative products that exceed customer expectations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager for the New England Area. The Regional Sales Manager position requires you to work closely with our Distribution Channels, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Contractors in selling and specifying our products. 50-70% of the travel requirement from your home-based office covers parts of New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Qualified individuals will be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently, with at least 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience. This position is full-time with a base, plus commission with residual commissions, sales incentives, company vehicle, health insurance, and other benefits.ResponsibilitiesEstablish specifications for the product with Architects, Engineers, Design-Build Contractors, and OwnersPresent "Box Lunch" type presentations to Engineer and Architect FirmsProvide product demonstrations to ContractorsManage and assist the Distribution channelsManage projects and opportunities through the sales cycleQualificationsSales, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the construction industry or a related fieldStrong organizational and analytical skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field experienceExperience with CRM software is a plus
