We combine deep field expertise with forward-looking operational strategy to improve how projects are estimated, built, and managed.ADCO is entering a major transformation phase: moving from legacy, siloed project operations into an AI-enabled operating model that supports better decision-making, predictability, and scale "” without losing the practical realities of construction execution.Role OverviewThe Product Manager - AI & Operational Transformation owns the business vision, execution strategy, and adoption of ADCO's next-generation project operating model.This is not a pure technical role. It is a business leadership role for someone who understands how organizations actually work "” and how to move them forward. This role sits at the intersection of executive strategy, operational reality, and technology enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Product Ownership· Own the product vision and roadmap for ADCO's AI-enabled project operations.· Define clear business objectives, success metrics, and ROI for AI and process initiatives.· Prioritize initiatives based on operational impact, adoption risk, and business value.Process Transformation & Change Leadership· Lead teams through the modernization of legacy workflows across estimating, engineering, procurement, accounting, and field operations.· Identify inefficiencies and design future-state processes that are scalable and practical.· Drive adoption through structured change management, training, and feedback loops.Cross-Functional Leadership· Serve as the single point of accountability between business stakeholders and technical teams.· Partner with operations leaders, project executives, and field leadership to align priorities.· Translate executive vision into executable operational initiatives.AI & Technology Enablement (Business-Led)· Guide the use of AI and analytics as decision-support tools, not black boxes.· Ensure AI systems reflect ADCO's cost structures, workflows, and execution logic.· Validate AI outputs to ensure trust, accuracy, and relevance.Execution & Continuous Improvement· Roll out solutions incrementally with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.· Monitor adoption and performance, adjusting strategy as needed.· Build repeatable playbooks for future transformation efforts.Who This Role Is ForThis role is for a business-minded leader who has experience owning outcomes, leading teams through change, and modernizing legacy operations. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making decisions, and earning trust with both executives and frontline teams.QualificationsExperience· 5+ years in Product Management, Process Improvement, Operations Strategy, or Transformation leadership.· Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational or operational change.· Experience modernizing or scaling legacy operational systems.· Construction, engineering, or asset-heavy industry experience strongly preferred.Core Strengths· Strong business judgment and prioritization skills.· Ability to build business cases and articulate ROI.· Excellent communication across executive, operational, and technical audiences.Technical Awareness (Not Hands-On)· Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or AI concepts.· Experience partnering with data, software, or IT teams.· Ability to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.Why This Role MattersYou will shape how ADCO operates for the next decade.
