Join Our Team as a PT Outpatient Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialist Are you passionate about helping patients restore their independence and improve their quality of life? We are seeking a dedicated PT Outpatient Therapy/Rehabilitation professional to provide exceptional outpatient care at IU Health Paoli, a valued Critical Access Hospital in Paoli, Indiana. In this role, you will deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services, primarily focusing on patients with conditions such as UTI, CVA, generalized weakness, COPD, and pneumonia. You will work within a multidisciplinary team in a Med/Surg inpatient unit, contributing to patient recovery and rehabilitation. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts from 08:00 to 16:30, providing consistency and work-life balance. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of outpatient therapy experienceProven competence in physical therapy practices related to general conditions and musculoskeletal rehabilitationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a team and independently when necessaryCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a clinical settingNice to Have Skills: Experience with inpatient and outpatient care settingsAdvanced certifications relevant to rehabilitation or specialty areasFamiliarity with electronic medical record systemsPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indiana or applicable stateOther Requirements: Ability to commit to shifts scheduled from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday through FridayWillingness to work at IU Health Paoli and adapt to hospital policies and proceduresNo travel required for this position, though travel reimbursements are available for relevant expenses when applicableThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed team dedicated to patient success and professional excellence.
