Qualifications : Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school; Endodontics specialty training Completion of CODA-accredited Endodontics program. Licensure: Eligible for (or active) AZ dental license; credentialing fully supported Skillset: Proficiency in all phases of endodontics, including complex retreatments and microsurgery; excellent patient communication.
