With an uncapped commission structure, top performers in this role have the ability to earn between $40,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on individual performance.Responsibilities:• Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts• Qualify customer interest and connect them with our sales representatives• Answer inbound calls generated from TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels• Work in a fast-paced, professional, supportive, and fun call center environment• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales activity targets• Handle objections professionally and work to convert leads into opportunities• Provide excellent customer service while representing CoverageX in a professional and friendly manner• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive, and engaging call center environmentQualifications:• Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus.• Ability to commute or relocate to Clearwater, FL 33762 before starting work (required).• High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.• Requires eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of FloridaCompensation:• Base Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission• Bonus Opportunities• Expected Annual Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 per yearHours:• TEAM 1: Full-time, 9:00am - 6:00pm, (40 hours per week)• TEAM 2: Full-time 9:45am - 6:15pm, (37-39 hours per week)Benefits (After 90 Days):• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Paid Federal Holidays• Paid Training• Life Insurance
