About the Lighthouse: Lighthouse is a specialized agency dedicated to providing top-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism.Now expanding into North Carolina , our mission is to empower children and their families through evidence-based interventions that promote skill development, independence, and improved communication.We value compassion, dedication, and professional growth, and we place a strong focus on creating a supportive environment where our team members can thrive.Job Description:Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our growing North Carolina team.As you build relationships with children and their families, your work will have a direct impact on their growth, development, and overall quality of life.Responsibilities:Conducting functional behavior assessments and writing reports summarizing resultsDevelop positive behavior support plansOverseeing the implementation of the treatment planAssist staff in day-to-day training for targeted behavioral needs and in implementing behavior support plansTrain staff to implement strategies to prevent the occurrence of target behaviors and de-escalation strategiesProvide ongoing monitoring of data and make programming adjustments as needed POSITION REQUIREMENTSQualifications:Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related programBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA - Required)North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure (required or eligible)Prefer a minimum of one year of work after BCBA certificationExperience working with individuals with intellectual disabilitiesSpanish-speaking a plus Knowledge & Abilities:Utilizing the principles of ABA to influence socially important behaviorUsing a team-based approach to reduce the occurrence of problem behaviorServing individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilitiesCollaborating with team to create optimal environment for behavior changeEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $65 - $80 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:Multiple locations across North Carolina.In-person and remote opportunities available.
