Baker / Pastry Cook Minimum 3 Years Professional Experience Required We are looking for a skilled Baker / Pastry Cook to join a focused, quality-driven kitchen. This role is for someone who understands dough, respects process, and takes pride in consistency. What You’ll Do You’ll be hands-on with daily production, working across laminated and non-laminated doughs, viennoiserie, and pastry components. The work requires attention, rhythm, and care—from mixing and fermentation to sheeting, shaping, and baking. Key Responsibilities Mix and develop doughs with a clear understanding of hydration, temperature, and fermentation Operate and maintain dough sheeters with precision Execute laminated doughs and pastries to a consistent standard Monitor proofing, fermentation, and bake times Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined workstation Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of professional bakery or pastry experience Strong knowledge of dough mixing, fermentation, and lamination Comfortable working with a sheeter and production equipment Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure Respect for ingredients, technique, and standards Punctual, organized, and professional Why This Role This is a place for bakers who want to do things properly—where technique matters and improvement is encouraged.
