Job Overview:Cardinal Education is seeking passionate and driven Part-Time Academic Coaches to join our growing team. As an Academic Coach, you will play a critical role in empowering students through personalized academic mentorship. You will work closely with studentsoften preparing them for advanced coursework and standardized testswhile helping them build confidence, develop effective study habits, and reach their academic goals. Responsibilities:Academic Coaching and Mentorship Provide one-on-one academic mentorship in various academic subjects and/or standardized exams, guiding students to discover their strengths, reduce stress, and overcome academic challenges. Complete comprehensive training programs to effectively identify and address students' individual strengths and weaknesses. Qualifications: EligibilityProficiency in multiple core subject areas at a high-school level. The ability to teach some high-school science is a big plus.Have a willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet objectivesAbility to commit to part-time tutoring for at least 1 yearAvailability of at least 5 hours per week ExperienceTutoring and/or test prep experience is a plus EducationBachelors degree from a nationally accredited university.
