Going out of their way to ensure the guests experience is no less than exceptional is a must. Must be able to maintain professionalism, posture and stamina from when the doors open to after they close. Understand's that the last guest is just as important as the first guest. Helping to create a comfortable dining experience that is upheld with every detail possible.
