A healthcare organization in California is currently seeking a licensedPhysical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team at one of their facilities in Los Angeles. In this role, the Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible fordelivering PT servicesto maintain or improve participants baseline functional status.Responsibilities:The Physical Therapist (PT) will:Perform initial and annual assessments for all participants and corresponding plans of careDeliver and document PT interventions in accordance with physician orders and/or as agreed upon in the participants care plansAssist in the delegation of therapy plans for specific participants according to the complexity of participants needs and the nature of required physical therapy proceduresAssist in ordering, tracking, managing, and maintenance of equipmentSolicit ideas from staff for ongoing improvement in the efficient functioning of the rehab servicesTrain family members, caregivers, and other staff members in methods to enhance the mobility, safety, and functional independence of participantsSupport outreach and enrollment activities by providing informational seminars on areas of expertise to prospective participantsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:Bachelor's DegreeGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy schoolCA Physical Therapist (PT)licenseMicrosoft Office proficientGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:1+ year of Physical Therapy experienceBilingual
