Role: Project Manager - Industrial ConstructionLocation: Greenville, South CarolinaSalary: $130,000-$150,000 base + full benefitsStep into a senior leadership role with a well-established industrial general contractor delivering complex ground-up and renovation projects across manufacturing, distribution, automotive, and food & beverage facilities. As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout, acting as the primary point of contact for Owners, Architects, and Engineers. You'll partner closely with the Superintendent to drive safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while ensuring projects are executed in accordance with contract requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning cost, schedule, quality, and safetyServe as the main point of contact for Owners, Architects, and EngineersManage project setup and execution in Procore, including budgets, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and procurement logsSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts, including schedules, trade partner coordination, and precon deliverablesGenerate and manage Owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and pay applicationsOversee project scheduling in coordination with the Superintendent and review sequencing, logistics, and staffingLead weekly Owner and subcontractor meetings and produce regular project status reportsEnsure compliance with safety programs, building codes, and local/state agency requirementsCoordinate permits, inspections, and project closeout documentationMentor and support Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and junior staffQualifications:5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial constructionGround-up industrial project experience required (manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or food & beverage)Strong understanding of concrete, steel structures, and heavy MEPF systemsExperience working in active plants or operational campuses preferredProficiency with Procore and project accounting systemsAbility to lead Owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams with confidenceStrong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredHow to Apply:For more information, call Oliver at +1 (813) 214-5774 or email your up-to-date resume to
