NEW Medical Laboratory Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician Opportunity Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Night Shift 12-Hour Shifts Available Job Summary Performs laboratory analysis on patient specimens to provide clinical information used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Responsible for maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety while performing assigned technical duties in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures and quality assurance standards Follow all laboratory policies and regulatory guidelines Document and take corrective action for any non-conforming events Prepare reagents and ensure adequate supplies for testing procedures Manage inventory to reduce departmental waste and expenses Use clinical judgment to prioritize workload and troubleshoot testing issues And more!
