Here, you can focus on what matters most, making a positive impact on the lives of older adults, without the administrative responsibilities of private practice.About the RoleRole will start out as 1 day a week, covering one facility and will eventually become full-time as additional facilities are addedNo evenings or weekends work requirementsScheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding day (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, 48-hours allowed for chart completionAutonomous work environmentCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care settingUtilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventionsExperience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of lifeProfessional growth: access ongoing training resources to enhance your skills and stay current in the fieldCompensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $16,120 to $19,344 with no cap on productivity incomeOnce role becomes full-time (a minimum of 4 days a week) you will be eligible for a base salary, health benefits, 401k, paid time off, and morePaid professional liability insurance and tail coverageQualificationsLPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Georgia (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)1 year experience as an LPC/LMHC/LMFT post program completionMust be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hoursStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilitiesPassion for working with older adult populationsReady to make a difference?
