Malabar is inspired by coastal Indian cuisine and is searching for strong restaurant professionals looking for their next career opportunity. Restaurant Manager candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience with managing a restaurant and have extensive knowledge of wine. Reliability and timeliness is a must. The ideal candidate should be energetic on the floor and have a strong service background. Must be able to run the floor with enthusiasm! Training and mentoring service staff, closing the restaurant, and checking on tables are just some of the daily responsibilities. Candidate should have above average wine knowledge. Position requires 50-55 hours a week.
