Working closely with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to develop case strategies. Managing case files while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court procedures. Representing and advising clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements. QualificationsIdeal candidates should meet the following requirements: Juris Doctor (JD)from an accredited law school. Active bar licensein the relevant jurisdiction. Experience in medical malpractice litigation.Stronglegal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively collaborate within ateam-oriented environmentwhile managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
